Numina ~ is a community of women connected by a calling to inquire deeper into the mystery of collective feminine wisdom. Numina, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to creating and providing spiritual programs for women. The Numina experience invites participants to connect with the divine presence in themselves and each other. Our programs are designed to create safe community in which women of all ages, color, backgrounds, and sexual orientation can explore and go deeper into their own spiritual paths.

The Latin word numina is the plural of the word numen, which means presence of the divine. Numina’s programs seek to cultivate the numinous; that is, to create space in which women are continually aware of numina, the manifold expressions of the divine presence who beckon for our attention.

Numina encourages women to claim their unique gifts and move from the inner journey toward the outward journey of service to others. This intentional journey enables the development of deep, lasting and supportive friendships.
